Japan travel 2014

Are there any People how woud like to travel with us to Japan??
Our Idea is to go to the 5 x 15 Concert to hold banners with some words for instead "Arigatou" or something else
and in the backgroud we make our Flag from our Country that Arashi know that there are more Fans aroud the World how support them.

I only ask if some of you are interested in such Idea.
We want to know if many woud like it because we think about looking for Sponsors how will help ous with it.

And we mast know a number of Persons how will do this with us if it will work to organize it.
It is only a Idea in the moment.

Because there are a great Band wo had done so much for they Fans
so we decide to make a wonderful present for a wonderful Band.
The Fans work together on little Project for instead
a competition for the Logo of the Project, draw Pictures, make selfmade Videos from Arashi and many other thinks.
On the End we do some things together for a Wonderful DVD as a Present.
And we have many other Ideas for the Arashi Project

I didn't think we could begin to act without administrators' agreement; but I will begin to search for some sponsors!

shoud we make a Flayer or something about the Project for the Sponsors???

Hey this doesn't count only for your post, partly too, that's why I'm quoting it XD

I was following the conversation and think:
- for now it sounds a bit not serious... I mean for big project like this, a lot of organization would be needed, tickets aren't that easy to get, big banners as I hear aren't allowed in concerts + the travel
- I don't say idea isn't good but sponsors... firstly they need a solid, good reason to invest in something. I think they won't simply do it because some fans want so (no offence, just stating my objective thoughts). They would need reason why we deserve it? For that more profesionalism is needed. The letter above... would you invest in something if it was found on your desk?
- As I said I am not against it, I don't point a finger at anyone but this: professionalism, organization, good reason for sponsors, what kind of help you want to receive from sponsors... find a way that if a sponsor sees a letter, he would say: ooooh interesting, let's try it or at least give some thought to it! People tend to act differently if they are suddenly surprised, see something new and so on. What if together with a letter comes a list of people that want to come there (or at least support it) and the list was really long?

Now haha don't kick me ne XDD I only stated my own thoughts/doubts

i think she is right! its a bit to simple written for sponsors and at first we should collect a lot of people they want to go with us to japan. So we need a little Text to say them what we planning and i will post it in tumblr, facebook and LJ to and they can post her name and country under it, when they want to go with us :-)

I'm agree too! And of course it need organization and I had never said the opposite I think the letter muste be longer, with mayabe a presentation as a CV. That's why if someone of yours works in communication, that would be great^^
